DETAIL ITINERARY
Day 01 : Cochin
Sightseeing around the city
You will be picked up from the Cochin international airport and brought to the hotel by a representative of ours. You will then proceed with the check-in duties and relax in your room later followed by sightseeing. Firstly, you will visit the Mattancherry palace of Kochi which is an ancient building and a very important highlight of the place. Also, visit the Jewish synagogue,
Kochi fort Etc After that, you can jaunt around the local markets and buy unique things.
In the end, you will return back to your hotel and sleep comfortably.
Day 02 : Cochin – Munnar (128 Km /4hr 10 Min)
Leisure day in Munnar
When you arrive at Munnar, you will check-in to the hotel and have rest. You can stay in your
room or come out with your partner to explore more, it is your decision because this day in
Munnar is leisure.
Return back to your hotel when you are done, have a sound sleep.
Day 03 : Munnar
Enjoy the beauties of Munnar
Start your day with a delicious breakfast and prepare for a fun day. First, you visit the Eravikulam national park, where you will get to see an endangered species of mountain goat
called Nilgiri Tahr. You will be riding on a park bus witnessing the beautiful scenes around you.
Then you visit the tea museum by Tata Tea when you will find out various things about tea
processing. We will end the rest of today’s tour by visiting Rose Garden, Photo Point,
Mattupetty Dam, Elephant Arrival Point, and Echo Point.
Finally, return back to the hotel and sleep relaxingly.
Day 04 : Munnar – Thekkady (97 Km /3hr 18 Min)
Experience the charming features of Thekkady
After checking out from the hotel and having a fresh breakfast, you will be going to Thekkady from Munnar. On the way, you will be stunned by the astonishing scenery that you will get to observe.
You will check-in in the hotel of Thekkady once you reach there. Then, you can relax in your room for a while. After resting up, you will be thrilled by the jeep safari in Periyar national park.
You will be amazed by the beautiful wildlife and nature you get to witness in Periyar wildlife sanctuary. The Thekkady forests also surround a lake called Periyar lake, which you will visit next and enjoy some boating on it.
Lastly, you will be dropped to the hotel and you will have a restful sleep.
You also have an option to do bamboo rafting with your own expense.
Finally, return back to the hotel and sleep relaxingly.
Day 05 : Thekkady – Alleppey (128 Km /3hr 30 Min)
Soothe yourselves in the backwaters of Alleppey
Have a delightful breakfast and check-out from the hotel. You will now move towards Alleppey. When you arrive Alleppey, check-in in the houseboat and rest in your room for a bit. Then have some lunch and start your sail across the beautiful backwaters of Alleppey with a series of lake
and ponds.
After the soothing cruise, get a pleasant dinner and have a sound sleep.
Day 06 : Alleppey – Kovalam (160 Km /4hr)
Leisure day in the beautiful city of Kovalam
Have some filling and toothsome breakfast and check-out of the hotel. Then, head your way to Kovalam which is known to be the town of castles and beaches.
Enroute enjoy trivendram sightseeing – Padmanabhswamy temple, Padmanabhpuram palace, After arriving, check-in to the hotel and get fresh to spend the leisure day in Kovalam joyfully.
Return to the hotel and sleep cozily.
Day 07 : Excursion Kanyakumari (90 Km /2 hr 30 min)
After breakfast proceed to Kanyakumari. On arrival visit visit Vivekananda Rock, Vivekananda
Temple, Triveni Sangam, Sunset Point and return back to Kovalam hotel and stay overnight.
Day 08 : Kovalam – Cochin (213 Km /5hr 30 Min)
After breakfast check out from hotel and travel ahead to Cochin. Tour end with happy
memories.
